Spent 1 night here with my animals, had a fantastic stay overall. I stayed in double room with a comfortable bed. The staff was fantastic and the host too. This hotel was located in a remote area not far from Queensland, the centre, and garden.

The room was fashionable and spotless, with smoke detectors for safety. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioning were a nice touch. - the personnel was amiable and helpful, as well as the host. - the location was beautiful and lovely, situated in a great area with a short walk to a pond and Australia.

Our recent stay was relaxing and enjoyable. the tranquil location on the outskirts of town, surrounded by beautiful gardens, made for a pleasant atmosphere. We were close enough to cafes and shops, and just a short drive away from the main attractions around 1770. the rooms were well, furnished and spacious, with soft sheets and comfortable pillows. We appreciated the well, equipped camp kitchen and the inviting pool.
There was some cigarette smoke around the entrance, which was a bit off, putting for some of our party.

Lovely furnishings, boutique hotel feel, spacious room, all-season comfort, hooks for hanging items.
Can't fault anything about it.

Incredible accommodation with very welcoming hosts. The Zen Den had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to an amazing rain water shower. The 'Man Den' was a great space to relax. Easily the best place we've ever stayed. Thanks to Jane and Geof for making our stay exceptional! highly recommended.

This hotel had some good things going for it. the breakfast was self, catered but excellent, and there were plenty of fresh options to choose from. the property itself was really pretty and tastefully decorated, with attention given to little details. Location, wise, it was in a quiet and peaceful area, which was a nice change of pace.
There were a few things that I didn't love about this hotel. it was a bit far out of town;

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, enjoyed with a view of kangaroos and black cockatoos by the lake, and the pool was great for relaxing. Parking was available, and transportation was easy to main attractions around the city.
Was all great.

staying at agnes water before, i was pleasantly surprised by stays over18's. jen and geoff were amazing hosts, providing updates on things to do and even a gift voucher for our shortened stay due to harsh weather. the property was serene with well-kept lawns, a man cave/bar area, and clean studios. we'll definitely be back!
